Travel Support for Students

  • Travel support will be provided as a fixed amount based on the participant's place of residence and will be paid on-site.
  • About 30 students will be selected, depending on registration order, previous support history, and budget availability.
  • This program aims to support students who do not have financial support from their laboratory or funding programs (e.g., JSPS fellowships, ACT-X).

Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
    • Be a high school student, technical college student, undergraduate student, or graduate student as of July 2, 2026
    • Working professional doctoral students are not eligible.
    • Apply for travel support during conference registration.
    • Applicants from overseas must present a poster.

What to Bring

  • Please bring:
    • Student ID
    • Proof of residence

Volunteer Staff

  • Participants may also volunteer as conference staff during the event.
  • Apply during conference registration if interested.
  • If applications exceed capacity, staff members may be selected by lottery.
  • Staff members should arrive from the afternoon of July 1 (Wed). Detailed information will be announced later.
  • Staff-only events may be held on July 3 (Fri) evening and July 4 (Sat).

Notification

  • Results for travel support and staff participation will be announced around mid–late May.
  • Applications submitted later will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
