Call for Contributed Talks: Life Sciences & Biology Session

  • At LADEC2026, a 90-minute session titled "Life Sciences & Biology" is planned as part of the program.
  • We invite contributed presentations related to automation in biological and life science experiments.
  • In particular, we welcome topics such as:
    • Automation of individual processes supporting biological experiments, including robotics, liquid handling, cultivation, measurement, imaging, analysis, and data recording
    • Workflow design and operational approaches integrating these processes, such as autonomous systems, agent-based approaches, and the use of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Poster Presentation

  • Schedule details will be announced later.
  • Please register using the Poster Presentation Registration Form below.
  • If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Event registration via connpass is required in order to register for a poster presentation.
  • No advance abstract submission is required.
  • Please present in front of your poster during presentation hours.
  • Outstanding poster presentations will receive awards from a review committee of laboratory automation experts.
  • Poster panels (W900 x H2000 mm) and thumbtacks will be provided by the secretariat.
  • Poster size is flexible.
  • Poster placement is unassigned; presenters may choose an available space.
  • Posters may remain posted throughout the conference period regardless of presentation time.
  • Software and hardware exhibits are allowed in addition to posters, subject to the following conditions:
    • Weight: 50 kg or less
    • No use of venue power
    • Not for sale
  • Posters can be posted after the venue opens on July 2 [Thu].
  • Please remove your poster by 16:00 on July 3 [Fri].
  • The organizers assume no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury.
