Registration

  • • Registration is required to participate in this event.
  • • Registration is handled through the event platform connpass.
  • • A connpass account is required for registration.
  • • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Period

Expected to open around April 2026.

For On-site Participation

  • • General admission is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • • On-site participants (general) must pay a participation fee of 5,000 JPY in advance via connpass.
  • • 50 slots are reserved for student participants (On-site Participation (Student)).
  • • On-site participation (Student) is free.
  • • One-day participation is permitted.
  • • Only the registered individual may attend. Registration is non-transferable.
  • • Please bring a photo ID (My Number card, passport, driver's license, employee ID, student ID, etc.) for identity verification at the reception.
  • • Travel support is available for students attending in person (see Travel Support for Students).

For Online Participation

  • • Only registered participants can access the online sessions.
  • • Online streaming is limited to certain sessions. Eligible sessions will be determined later.
  • • No recordings or on-demand viewing will be provided. Sessions will be streamed live only.
  • • Zoom connection details will be shared with participants before the event.
